I found this little blog entry that leads to a couple of stories about Google possibly working on making thier ad products available and part of the wireless cell phone access world.
It is an interesting concept. The wireless phone internet access world is still relatively new and untamed, and find a way to monetize this broadband wireless product would certainly go a long way to making it not only possible but in fact desirable for content to be developed for this market. Interest is always attracted to income, and finding a way to make the income from internet access on phones and mobile devices pay off will certainly change the landscape.
This sort of thing could in fact be exactly what is needed to drive more informational content into acceptable mobile formats.
